Storage for when your move-out and move-in dates do not match
Closing dates rarely line up with lease ends, and in the GTA a gap of a few days to a few weeks is completely normal. Storage exists to absorb that gap without you renting a unit, hiring a second crew, and moving everything twice.
Because we load it, your belongings go into storage already blanketed and wrapped from your own doorway. Nothing is unwrapped, re-handled and re-wrapped in between — which is where damage happens on self-storage moves.
It works for more than closing gaps: staged renovations, downsizing before you know what fits, and businesses between leases all use it the same way.
A few things cannot go in. Anything flammable or pressurised is out for the same reason it cannot go in the truck, and perishables, plants and liquids that can freeze are a bad idea in a facility over a winter. Tell us if you own anything unusual — an instrument, a wine collection, sensitive electronics — because those need conditions, not just space.

What affects the price
Every move is quoted individually. These are the things that actually move the number, so you know what we will ask about.
- Volume stored and how long it stays
- Whether it is one continuous booking or an open-ended hold
- Extra handling if only part of the load comes out early
- Delivery distance from the facility to the new address
Common questions
- Can I get to my things while they are in storage?
- Access needs to be arranged in advance rather than dropping in, because loads are wrapped and stacked for storage, not browsing. If you know you will need something, tell us before the move and we will keep it accessible.
- How long can you store my belongings?
- From a couple of days to several months. Short gaps between closings are the most common by far, but renovation storage often runs much longer, and it is priced by volume and duration.
